McLaren Elva Revealed

McLaren revealed their ultimate roadster - ELVA
Elva is the lightest ever rear wheel drive car produced by McLaren.

Elva has no windshield but has Active Air Management System (AAMS) which is automatically activated at speed and guides air through a large inlet in the splitter at front which creates a bubble of calm for the occupants.

McLaren has used blurred boundaries design principle for the interior with carbon fiber element.The Active Dynamics controls are mounted on that instrument cluster for the first time in a McLaren

 A central 8-inch touchscreen is used for many of the car’s functions, including a track telemetry system.



Elva is powered by a 4.0-litre twin turbocharged V8 engine which produces 803hp and takes the car from 0-100kph in under 3 seconds and 0-200kph in 6.7 seconds.
Elva is priced at €1,425,000 and only 399 such units will be made.
