In recent times, Electric scooters are talk of the show and are much welcomed in the market. By seeing this Bajaj and TVS joined the league with Chetak and iQube Bajaj and TVS launched their scooters with many features but still they couldn't grab Ather's market share.

Features:

Now Olaelectric and Simple one has entered the premium electric scooter with many segment first features and longer range. Ola has some of the range topping features like 36L boot space, Cruise control, Reverse mode and Hill Hold.While Ola is working on sales, Ather has already established their brand in the market and has notable features like guide me home lights, touch screen display and a strong market presence. Simple one has features like no other, it has a swappable batter, Tyre pressure mointoring system and gives you tyre choosing options.

Bajaj Chetak makes justice to its name with stell body and unlike others, chetak uses gears for drivetrain. While iQube stands out with park assist feature and regenerative braking

Performance:


Ola has the most powerful motor compared to other scooters in India, But the Simple one has the highest battery capacity of any electric two wheeler in India and obviously the simple one has the highest range. All these scooters use a fixed Lithium ion battery as standard except simple energy has a swappable battery. Bajaj and TVS has lesser range and the motor is also less powered when compared to other three scooters

Instrument Cluster:

Ola offers 7inch TFT display with touch control which allows you to message, answer phone calls, navigate, voice aided controls and music.Ather offers a similar display to the Ola as well with features like touchscreen display and phone connectivity options.TVS iqube features a small TFT display which can be accessed only through Buttons. On the other hand Bajaj Chetak only has a small round display with limited functions.

Pricing:

  • Ola scooters range from 1L and goes till 1.29 Lakh
  • Ather ranges from 1.13 to 1.32 Lakh
  • Simple one is priced at 1.10 Lakh
  • Chetak and iqube lies in the ranges between 1 to 1.15 Lakh
All these prices are after FAME-II subsidy
