OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition Launched with 10GB RAM and 30W Wrap Charge

OnePlus launched the latest flagship OnePlus 6T in the month of October. A couple of months after the launch of the flagship, the company announced the special edition of the OnePlus 6T which is called OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition. This special edition is launched in partnership with the popular sports car manufacturer McLaren.

The new special edition comes in a Papaya Orange variant with a logo of McLaren on the back. The carbon fiber pattern under the glass back is offering a unique touch to the device.

The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition box contains a McLaren logo – called Speedmark – made out of McLaren designed F1 AA-grade carbon fibre, which is said to be the same material used in the McLaren MCL33 2018 Formula 1 car. OnePlus in a statement said that over six Formula 1 cars' worth of carbon fibre was used to create the Speedmark logos that OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition buyers will receive.

McLaren Edition of the OnePlus 6T doesn’t necessarily bring anything new to the table in terms of the specs except for the fact that it has 10GB RAM. However, OnePlus has introduced a new charging standard called Warp Charge 30.

The phone is priced at £649, which roughly translates to about Rs. 59,000. The Indian pricing will be revealed soon.
